Learn to therapeutically use yoga to achieve insightful skills and a personal practice within your life. Our program is used to connect the body, mind and emotions through the practice of
yoga and our connection to our psyche.
Our approach gives students skills to learn to integrate the ancient philosophy of yoga in an in-depth and creative way to see through a yogic eye and feel the therapy of the practice.
The physical practices of yoga are connected to the emotional and mental state. Where we are with our bodies is where we are within our mind and feelings. If we learn to connect all 3, we will live a balanced life. Yoga is not about finding the ideal body or just getting an exercise, it can be if you like it to, but at another level by default it gives internal balance. With our approach you can mindfully begin to manifest integrative yoga therapy into your life style and see your practice blossom.
